The AMPLIFY project, officially titled A.M.P.L.I.F.Y. (Enhancing Mentorship and Potential for Lasting Influence on Future Generations), is structured as an Erasmus+ – K220 – Cooperation Partnership – Youth initiative, having been approved under the October 2024 Open Call. The foundational purpose of this partnership is Supporting the professionalization of young minority creative entrepreneurs through innovative transnational non-formal learning mechanisms.

The project aligns directly with the Inclusion & Diversity priority of the Erasmus+ program. This alignment addresses the specific operational context where young creatives who are minorities and discriminated against are disproportionately affected by current economic and social tensions. These young people often face significant obstacles and a feeling of illegitimacy in the emergence of their creativity. AMPLIFY responds by seeking to strengthen the professional integration capacity of young people with fewer opportunities within the dynamics of employment in the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCIs).

AMPLIFY provides a comprehensive support experience, specifically tailored to the personal circumstances and goals of young creative entrepreneurs, particularly those from minority backgrounds. The professionalization support program is built upon non-formal learning schemes. This methodology involves combining theoretical input, practical solutions, and field experience, with implementation facilitated by integration into existing networks and ecosystems.

To ensure effective execution and adherence to European standards, the project relies on a consortium of seven sustainable organizations with shared previous experience. The Steering Committee is specifically mandated to provide oversight, validation, and assurance of adherence to Erasmus+ quality standards throughout the collaborative project.

For lasting impact, the methodologies and tools developed—such as the skills assessment framework and educational resources—are intended to be widely shared. The project utilizes digital platforms, including a dedicated website and a mobile application, to disseminate these resources under Free Educational Licenses (R.E.L.). This widespread sharing aims to increase innovation in the work of young people and youth organizations and contribute to the overall upskilling of the creative sector, thereby promoting greater inclusion of minority creatives.
